Hang from a pull-up bar with your arms fully extended and your palms facing away from you.
Engage your core and, keeping your legs fully straight and together, lift them up in front of you.
Continue lifting until your legs are at least parallel to the ground, or higher if you can maintain straight knees.
Pause for a moment at the top, then slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position with control, without swinging.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
